How to Take the Evaluation Tests for the Specified Skilled Worker (ⅱ) Manufacturing Fields (available only in Japanese)

If you have employed someone as a specified skilled worker, including former employees, the Immigration Services Agency’s announcement (Strict Standards Announcement) contains a provision regarding the preparation Proof of Business Experience upon request from the individual. Please comply with this provision where applicable.

When a specified skilled worker is made to engage in practical work in the manufacturing industry based on employment contract for specified skilled workers, upon request from the specified skilled worker, a document certifying the practical experience related to the contract must be provided to the specified skilled worker.

  • In the Specified Skills No. 2 Assessment Test, you must pass both the written and practical skill tests.
  • The written test is the Grade 3 Business Skills Test - Business Career Kentei. Please apply and take the test from here.
